About the role

Join our team as an AI Engineer at Campfire, where you'll design and implement AI-driven solutions that supercharge our accounting platform. From automating financial workflows to building intelligent features that provide real-time insights, you’ll be at the forefront of making accounting smarter, faster, and more intuitive for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for our accounting platform.
• Automate financial workflows using machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
• Deploy ML models into production environments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Fine-tune large language models for real-world use cases in the accounting domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI features into our products.

Requirements

• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proven experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and Hugging Face, and experience fine-tuning them for real-world use cases.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
