• Become the team's Claude Code expert through extensive hands-on experimentation
• Create 3-5 production orchestrators demonstrating different patterns (skills vs. subagents vs. tools vs. hooks)
• Create orchestration playbook: when to use which pattern, with working examples and decision trees
• Present weekly learnings to team showing what you discovered about AI orchestration
