AI Engineer-Agentic AI

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate has expertise in developing autonomous AI agents, training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and building production-ready AI workflows that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent Agentic AI applications.
• Develop multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
• Fine-tune, train, and optimize large language models and domain-specific AI models.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party tools.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications.
• Proven experience developing Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
• Experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating language models.
• Experience deploying AI applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Law Firm experience preferred.
