Wells Fargo’s Technology AI Transformation team is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Technology-wide AI enablement initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, workforce readiness, and employee engagement across Technology. This role partners closely with AI Enablement leaders to execute programs designed to help employees understand, adopt, and effectively utilize AI capabilities in their daily work.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Support the execution of AI enablement strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and effective utilization of AI capabilities across Technology.
- Coordinate workforce readiness activities, including training programs, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and learning campaigns.
- Assist in the development and delivery of AI communications, newsletters, intranet content, success stories, and awareness materials.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support AI engagement initiatives and gather feedback on adoption challenges and opportunities.
- Help manage and expand Technology's AI Champions Network by coordinating meetings, communications, resources, and engagement activities.
- Support the planning and execution of AI demonstrations, showcases, roadshows, and employee engagement events.
- Track, monitor, and report on AI adoption metrics, training participation, engagement trends, and program effectiveness.
- Develop presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership updates and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support AI transformation initiatives and workforce readiness objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, engagement, and adoption through data, feedback, and best practices.
- Assist in developing toolkits, guides, FAQs, and educational resources that enable employees to effectively leverage AI capabilities.
- Support change management activities that help teams successfully transition to AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of Program Management, Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, and Organizational Effectiveness experience.
- 2 years experience supporting AI, Generative AI (GenAI), digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- 2 years experience supporting large-scale transformation, employee enablement, or organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience using collaboration, reporting, and visualization tools to support program management and stakeholder communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear and engaging content.
- Employee engagement and adoption best practices experience.
- Experience coordinating learning programs, workshops, communities of practice, or champion networks.
- Ability to analyze engagement and adoption metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Job Expectations
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Pay
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
