About the Opportunity

The AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator designs and delivers AI training programs, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings that help clients confidently incorporate AI into their operations. This role guides organizations in identifying practical AI use cases, developing responsible AI practices, and building the skills needed for successful adoption. The position contributes directly to measurable improvements in productivity, workflow efficiency, and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver AI training, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings for diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate AI use-case discovery sessions and hands-on learning activities.
  • Help clients identify practical AI opportunities that improve productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Develop AI workflows, prompts, job aids, exercises, and training materials based on client needs.
  • Customize training approaches for executives, managers, teams, and end users.
  • Educate clients on responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, accuracy, and bias considerations.
  • Collaborate with consulting, technical, governance, sales, and project teams to support successful AI adoption.
  • Monitor training engagement, adoption, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend follow-up training, resources, or support based on client needs.
  • Stay current on emerging generative AI tools, capabilities, and workplace applications.
  • Support change management and digital adoption initiatives related to AI implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technology training, client enablement, consulting, instructional design, change management, digital adoption, or a related field.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, or AI-enabled business applications.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive audiences.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business workflows and use cases.
  • Experience creating engaging training materials, guides, job aids, and learning resources.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles and their application in business environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
  • Comfortable facilitating interactive sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gamma, or similar AI tools.
  • Background in consulting, technology services, managed services, ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with adult learning principles or instructional design methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in instructional design, adult learning, change management, AI, or facilitation.

Pay

Base salary range: $90,000–$100,000 per year. Eligibility for bonus compensation according to the organization’s plan. Compensation offers may consider experience, skills, education, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws.
