AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator to help clients turn AI capabilities into practical, measurable business results. This client-facing role will design and deliver AI training, executive briefings, workshops, and hands-on sessions that help organizations confidently and responsibly adopt AI tools within their everyday workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging AI training, workshops, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Facilitate AI use-case discovery and hands-on working sessions.
- Help clients identify practical AI opportunities that improve productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.
- Translate business needs into AI workflows, prompts, job aids, and training materials.
- Customize training for executives, managers, functional teams, and end users.
- Educate clients on responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and human oversight.
- Partner with consulting, technical, governance, sales, and project teams to support client AI initiatives.
- Track adoption and business outcomes and recommend follow-up coaching or support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology training, client enablement, learning and development, consulting, instructional design, change management, digital adoption, or business transformation.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, or AI-enabled business applications.
- Strong client-facing presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business workflows and use cases.
- Experience developing training materials, presentations, guides, and job aids.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gamma, or similar enterprise AI tools.
- Background in consulting, technology services, managed services, ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services.
- Experience supporting technology adoption or digital transformation.
- Relevant training or certifications in instructional design, adult learning, change management, AI, responsible AI, facilitation, or technology enablement.

Pay
Base salary range: $90,000 to $100,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. The quoted pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
