About the role
The AI Enablement Manager drives the firm's AI adoption strategy, overseeing change management, communications, training, and measurement to embed AI fluency across the organization. They work closely with the AI Steering Group, AI pillars, and cross-functional teams to ensure responsible, high-value AI integration aligned with policies and risk standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve enablement strategies for AI adoption
- Lead communication efforts to promote AI fluency
- Track AI tool updates and coordinate rollouts
- Build and deliver training programs
- Define and monitor adoption metrics
- Facilitate the AI Champions Network
- Serve as a liaison to technical and control functions
- Foster broad, responsible AI adoption through influence and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years in technology enablement, organizational change management, and AI/digital transformation
- Strong technical fluency and learning agility
- Adaptable leadership and collaborative judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience partnering with compliance and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated environments
- Experience building champions or manager programs
