AI Enablement Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Deliver AI-enabled productivity and workflow solutions using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio (Lite), Power Platform, and Google Gemini. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to intake, shape, and refine AI use cases and prompts. Manage AI enablement backlog, prioritize work, and define clear acceptance criteria. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. Document requirements, business rules, risks, dependencies, and change impacts. Map current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Design, test, and refine AI prompts and prompt templates; develop and execute prompt evaluation rubrics and test suites. Create and maintain reusable prompt libraries and patterns for consistent AI outcomes. Develop user enablement materials (playbooks, training, FAQs) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure responsible AI use by following governance, risk, and compliance processes. Collaborate with technical teams on automation flows and integration points. Promote a culture of safe experimentation and adoption of AI tools across business operations.

Requirements

• Requires 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar, with proven success delivering business-facing technology solutions.
• Hands-on use of Generative AI tools is required.
