AI Enablement & Adoption Manager
About the role
At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. The AI Enablement Lead helps clients understand, adopt, and realize value from AI. You'll work directly with business users, leaders, and delivery teams to ensure AI becomes part of how work gets done. This is a highly client-facing role where you'll regularly be the only Nimble Gravity person in the room with skeptical technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI enablement programs and help clients successfully adopt AI tools and workflows.
- Develop enablement plans that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term usage.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations for business users and leaders.
- Serve as an AI advocate, building excitement and confidence around AI adoption while addressing stakeholder concerns.
- Field specific technical questions about system design, data flow, and failure modes directly, without deferring to technical teams.
- Know when and how a workflow needs retrieval, grounding, or human review, and explain why in plain language to skeptical audiences.
- Partner with technical teams to translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes.
- Identify barriers to adoption and create communications, learning materials, and resources to help users embrace new ways of working.
- Define and track adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes with quantifiable data.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve enablement programs.
- Help financial services and insurance organizations adopt AI responsibly while aligning with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field.
- A specific, named example of something you built or configured with generative AI (e.g., an agent workflow, rules-based guardrail, or automated triage process).
- Working fluency across multiple AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading sessions with executives, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Ability to influence and engage skeptical audiences while building excitement around new technologies.
- A track record you can quantify: adoption numbers, engagement rates, time saved, or error rates reduced.
- Experience developing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
- A consultative mindset, comfortable diagnosing business processes and identifying automation or AI assistance opportunities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business users.
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
Qualifications
- Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred but not required.
