AI Enablement/Adoption Consultant

About the role

The AI Enablement Consultant drives organisation-wide AI adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business units and the AI Enablement team, this role identifies high-impact opportunities, shapes initiatives from concept to implementation, and embeds best practices for sustainable success. By promoting governance, enabling training, and providing hands-on support, the consultant helps integrate AI into everyday operations to unlock efficiency, innovation, and smarter ways of working in collaboration with Agent Developers and Copilot Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver AI solutions: Work with business teams to uncover AI opportunities, shape strategic use cases, and guide them from concept to production, ensuring readiness, adoption, and measurable value.
• Enable adoption and best practices: Design engaging training, promote consistent standards in usability, governance, and risk management, and embed AI into everyday operations.
• Collaborate and innovate: Partner across IT, marketing, customer service, and more to align initiatives, scale solutions, and drive creative applications of AI that enhance business outcomes.
• Monitor and improve: Track adoption, costs, and benefits while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in AI performance.
• Provide expertise and share knowledge: Offer technical guidance on AI platforms, troubleshoot issues, and actively share insights to shape the organisation's AI strategy.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change: Build support for AI initiatives and manage change to ensure smooth, successful implementation.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and comply with all regulatory and training requirements.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, think logically, and analyse information effectively.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to convey ideas effectively to a range of audiences.
• Experience managing several ongoing projects or initiatives at the same time.
• Ability to adjust quickly and effectively when circumstances or priorities change.
• Familiarity with training approaches and experience collaborating with training teams to support platform-related learning.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders at different levels.
• Educated to degree level in a technology-related subject, or evidence of equivalent experience.
• Proactive in developing your own knowledge and skills, with a willingness to learn and grow independently.
