About the Role
In this contingent resource assignment, you will serve as a senior Business Execution leader who guides complex, enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation implementations. This role will lead deployment, adoption, governance, and value realization activities for AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent operations solutions. The Senior System Implementation Consultant will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to translate strategic opportunities into sustainable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Implementation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end implementation from planning through production stabilization
- Develop and manage project plans, deployment roadmaps, implementation schedules, governance forums, risk and dependency logs, and executive reporting
- Coordinate enterprise rollout and onboarding activities
- Drive issue resolution and operational stabilization after launch
- AI and Automation Delivery
- Support delivery of Agentic AI solutions, Generative AI products, workflow automation, digital adoption platforms, and intelligent operations capabilities
- Coordinate deployment of solutions including Epiplex and Zenerate
- Partner with technical teams to align implementation activities with platform capabilities and business objectives
- Process Discovery and Transformation
- Facilitate workshops to examine current-state processes and workflows
- Identify opportunities for automation, workforce optimization, AI adoption, and process simplification
- Translate operational observations into implementation plans and transformation opportunities
- Support workflow mining, task analysis, and business process intelligence activities
- Human-in-the-Loop Governance
- Establish and manage HITL review workflows
- Define exception-handling processes, quality controls, review responsibilities, escalation paths, and governance routines
- Support responsible AI adoption through operational controls and human validation
- Change Management and Readiness
- Lead training, onboarding, and adoption activities
- Create readiness plans and stakeholder communications
- Support business transition and operating model changes
- Develop training materials and adoption guidance
- Monitor user adoption and address implementation barriers
- Testing and Release Support
- Coordinate UAT activities
- Support release-readiness reviews and deployment validation
- Monitor defects, issues, and acceptance criteria
- Lead hypercare and post-production stabilization
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business and operational requirements
- Metrics and Executive Reporting
- Define and monitor adoption metrics, productivity improvements, process efficiency gains, operational performance indicators, and business value measures
- Develop executive dashboards and scorecards
- Communicate implementation status, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leaders
Requirements
- Product or Program Management experience leading enterprise implementations
- Experience deploying Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions
- Strong KPI, adoption metric, and business value realization experience
- Enterprise stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills
- Experience with implementation planning, onboarding, readiness, UAT, and post-production stabilization

- Large Language Models and prompt engineering
- RAG and enterprise search solutions
- Vector embeddings and semantic search
- Process discovery, task mining, or workflow intelligence
- Epiplex, Zenerate, or digital adoption platforms
- Banking operations and operational excellence experience
- PMP, Scrum, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification
