AI Digital Product Sr Manager - Agentic Platform (REMOTE)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a AI Digital Product Sr Manager - Agentic Platform to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead product strategy and execution for an enterprise AI platform, with a strong focus on agentic capabilities that improve how developers build, scale, and operationalize AI solutions. You will partner closely with engineering, governance, and business stakeholders to expand adoption, strengthen platform health, and deliver a trusted AI experience across the organization. The position also plays a key role in shaping controls and compliance practices as the platform grows from discovery through enterprise implementation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership within an Agile environment for enterprise AI platforms.
• Champion developer experience by simplifying AI agent development with the necessary tools and resources.
• Scale AI initiatives from discovery to enterprise-level implementation.
• Manage platform metrics related to health and adoption, ensuring quality and user satisfaction.
• Establish governance and compliance frameworks for AI in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading product management and building AI/tech systems.
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud-native software and collaboration with development teams.
• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's or diploma with additional years of experience acceptable.
• At least 8 years of product management experience with a focus on AI or developer platforms preferred.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and understanding of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Pay

$162,048 – $219,241 annually
