AI Digital Product Manager

Job Description

The Agentic DevOps Enablement team accelerates the organization’s journey toward becoming an AI-native business, keeping pace with emerging technology trends. The team engineers solutions that equip digital product teams building AI applications with secure, governed, and scalable tools, infrastructure, and services across the entire AI development lifecycle (AI-DLC).

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product-focused role
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering products in an IT environment
• Demonstrated ability to monitor market trends and adapt product strategy accordingly
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels
• Experience working in KPI-driven environments
• Proven ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts clearly and drive decision-making
• Ability to work independently, proactively anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
• Demonstrated skill in defining and prioritizing product features

Preferred Experience

• 3 or more years of product management experience
• 1 or more years leading or contributing to an AI-driven product

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $120,000.00 - $193,725.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
