AI Developer

Position Summary

Fuse3 Solutions is working with an oil and gas organization that is building a new AI team and is seeking an AI Developer to help turn emerging artificial intelligence capabilities into practical business solutions. This is a foundational role with broad technical exposure, focused on building and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows across a modern cloud and data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and autonomous or multi-agent workflows using large language models such as Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other emerging models.
• Build and maintain data pipelines connecting Snowflake and Azure Databricks to AI and machine learning workflows, using tools such as dbt to ensure models and agents operate on trusted, well-structured data.
• Rapidly prototype and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, recommending adoption when they provide clear business value.
• Partner with data science, data engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into working, production-ready solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud data platforms
• Hands-on experience building applications with large language models or generative AI APIs, such as Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously with new technologies, developing processes, and a newly established team.
