Your creative tailor. Origin is a creative tailor for brands and agencies, transforming conventional CTV campaigns into personally relevant, emotionally resonant moments at the household level. Blending human expertise with real-time data signals and objective-led logic models, we tailor the message based on the household, the context, and the moment — driving proven lifts in engagement, intent, and ROAS.

Three Pillars

  • Rebuild Origin's Brain. Our central, AI-powered repository hosts and analyzes historical data through chat. It already exists in an earlier form — we want to take it further. Rebuild what isn't working. Expand what data it ingests. Sharpen how it retrieves and reasons. Make it indispensable.

  • Strategy & Implementation Map opportunities across creative, sales, ad ops, engineering, and PM. Pilot tools. Ship workflows. Build playbooks. Train the team.

  • Reporting & Analytics Own the reporting layer. Build dashboards leadership and team leads actually use. Replace gut-feel with data where it helps.

  • Storage & Infrastructure Audit how Origin stores and accesses data. Lead consolidation. Set hygiene, naming, access, and retention standards.

A Builder with an Architect's Eye

  • 4–6 years spanning AI/automation, analytics, and data infrastructure — with depth in at least two of the three.

  • Hands-on with current AI tools and modern data stacks. You've built dashboards, set up pipelines, and shipped AI workflows.

  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered knowledge management is a major plus.

  • Comfortable inheriting and improving existing systems — you can read someone else's work and make smart calls on what to keep.

  • Fluent in the modern toolkit: BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres), and cloud storage.

  • Strong opinions on data hygiene and what "good" reporting looks like.

  • Self-directed and action-biased. You ship a rough v1 over pitching a polished roadmap.

  • Adtech, media, agency, or CTV experience is a strong plus.
