This information will only be used by Airbus. Airbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment. We welcome all applications irrespective of social and cultural backgroun We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate. So we will cut out everything after "Company: Airbus Americas, Inc."? Actually that line is part of boilerplate. We'll keep only substantive content: job description, team, working environment, how we care for you (benefits), challenges (responsibilities), experience & education (requirements/qualifications/skills), maybe also relocation assistance? That's a benefit. Also note "Physical Requirements" maybe could be part of Requirements? But it's more about job demands; could be included under Requirements or maybe a separate section? The instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. Physical Requirements is specific; but we have no predefined heading for that; we could put under Requirements or maybe a separate "Requirements" includes experience, education, physical? Usually Requirements includes experience, education, skills. Physical could be part of Requirements but we can keep as a paragraph under Requirements. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive base salary, incentive compensation which may include profit sharing schemes, retirement savings plan, and the ability to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”)." That's compensation info. So we can include a Pay section with that. Schedule: Not explicitly given besides location and maybe travel 10% etc. No explicit schedule like full-time, hours. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: We have Financial Rewards, Work/Life Balance, Health & Welfare, Individual Development, relocation assistance. So we can create Benefits section summarizing those. Responsibilities: The "Your Challenges" sections list responsibilities: Data & Skywise Architecture, Pipeline Engineering & SME Leadership; AI Solution Development & Hands-On Execution; Technical Coaching, Upskilling & CoE Support. Also maybe "Meet the Team" and "Your Working Environment" are not responsibilities but context. We'll put responsibilities as bullet list. Requirements: Experience, Education, Domain Track Record, Leadership, Technical Capabilities & Skills (maybe split into Skills). Qualifications: Desirable / Preferred Qualifications. Skills: Technical Capabilities & Skills (maybe also Communication, Languages). We need to decide sections: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (maybe separate). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Avoid empty sections. Let's craft:
