AI Content Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking an AI Content Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the creative direction for AI-generated video and visual content, with a focus on building compelling campaigns that resonate in a healthcare environment. You will collaborate closely with demand generation and freelance creative partners to produce high-impact work from concept through final cut. The position also plays an important role in establishing ethical AI guidelines and ensuring creative output is both effective and responsible. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision for AI-generated video and visual content
• Produce flagship campaign pieces from concept to final cut
• Manage a bench of freelance creators, including briefing and directing
• Conduct creative testing with demand generation teams to assess concept performance
• Craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences in the dental industry
• Establish guidelines for ethical AI use in healthcare

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creative production or creative direction
• 2+ years directing other creators or freelancers
• Strong portfolio of finished AI video work
• Proficiency with tools such as Runway and Higgsfield
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to strengthen others' work
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
