About the role

As a Senior AI Content Engineer, you will build AI applications, agents, and automation that turn complex technical information into accurate, useful customer documentation. You will help us find practical ways to use AI to improve how documentation is created, maintained, published, and delivered. Working primarily with the Documentation team, you will use large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and automation to improve content and publishing workflows, reduce manual effort, and make technical knowledge more accessible to customers and AI-powered applications. You will also have opportunities to apply these capabilities to other customer-facing workflows where AI and automation can improve efficiency and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build AI applications, agents, and automation to transform complex technical information into accurate, useful customer documentation.
• Improve documentation creation, maintenance, publishing, and delivery using AI technologies such as LLMs and agentic AI.
• Enhance content and publishing workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accessibility for customers and AI-powered applications.
• Apply AI and automation to other customer-facing workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience building AI applications, agents, integrations, and automated workflows.
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).

Pay

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. The base pay for this position is:

• Colorado: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 - $143,000.00 annually.
• All other states: Geographic cost of labor will be used to develop market-driven ranges.

This position is also incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved.
