Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and AI value-add opportunities.
- Evaluate business workflows connected to EDI and ERP systems for automation and optimization.
- Advise on AI integration with Prophet 21 and Prophet-based environments.
- Translate business goals into solution recommendations and implementation concepts for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate to define use cases, priorities, and success measures for AI initiatives.
- Document findings and insights clearly for decision-making and planning.
- Assess data, system dependencies, and constraints affecting AI adoption in enterprise applications.
- Refined solutions based on stakeholder feedback and business requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in consulting, business analysis, AI, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, or workflow assessment.
- Working knowledge of EDI and its role in business operations and connectivity.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts and environments including Prophet 21 or Prophet platforms.
- Understanding of AI tools (e.g., Claude) for practical business applications.
- Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for actionable insights.
