Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-powered coding tools and developer productivity platforms for enterprise adoption.
  • Configure, deploy, and optimize AI coding assistants within development environments.
  • Assess tool capabilities, security requirements, integration options, and business value.
  • Serve as a bridge between engineering teams, AI platform teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure successful implementation and scaling of AI development solutions.
  • Develop pilot objectives, success criteria, evaluation frameworks, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor pilot performance and provide recommendations for scaling or improvement.
  • Document lessons learned, risks, and implementation recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
  • Support onboarding of developers and technical teams to AI coding tools.
  • Deliver demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Develop user guides, best practices, FAQs, and enablement materials.
  • Promote effective prompt engineering and AI-assisted development techniques.
  • Drive user adoption through engagement, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Configure AI platforms, integrations, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to implement AI solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Support CI/CD integration, automation, access management, and governance controls.
  • Ensure AI tools comply with organizational security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in platform monitoring, maintenance, and operational support activities.
  • Aid in release planning, deployment validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot platform, integration, and user issues related to AI tools and pilot environments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, tool performance, and user feedback.
  • Support AI governance initiatives, responsible AI practices, and risk management activities.
  • Contribute to enterprise AI strategy and roadmap discussions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software engineering, developer enablement, platform engineering, DevOps, AI consulting, or related technical roles.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing developer productivity tools and enterprise software platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and Generative AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q, Codeium, Windsurf, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading technology pilots, proof-of-concepts, or innovation programs.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
  • AI, Cloud, DevOps, or Security certifications preferred.
