About the role
Cognizant is seeking an AI Sales Enablement Manager to own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the sales enablement engine supporting our AI go-to-market teams. This role is responsible for equipping sellers and partners with the training, content, tools, and operational rigor needed to win and grow AI-led deals. The ideal candidate blends creativity with education, building polished original content while teaching others about new offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead management-learning sessions for the AI GTM unit, keeping sellers current on offerings, positioning, and competitive context.
- Create and maintain training materials, videos, demos, and onboarding content for AI offerings.
- Own SharePoint business-unit page management, ensuring content is current, organized, and easy to navigate.
- Build out an industry-level AI SharePoint and AI-led search tool to centralize enablement resources.
- Develop and manage client email templates, including offering-announcement copy and Outlook templates for launches.
- Create and maintain pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers that support seller conversations.
- Build case studies and proof points sourced from won deals to strengthen the sales narrative.
- Maintain a central content repository (playbooks, templates) that is current, well-organized, and easy to find.
- Partner with sales and marketing to define and refine lead qualification criteria (MQL/SQL definitions).
- Serve as a 360-degree feedback loop to the offerings team, sharing insights from sales enablement forums on field needs and future priorities.
- Align presenters on demo content and agenda for the Sales Roadshow step of the GTM framework.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on session timing and scheduling.
- Draft sales-facing offering announcement emails to support new offering launches.
- Manage the offering dashboard and associated tracking to keep stakeholders informed.
- Own Win Wire communications, reporting significant wins to BU sales leads and account owners.
- Produce a recurring team newsletter covering wins, recruitment, learning sessions, and offerings.
- Design and deliver new-hire sales onboarding programs, including facilitation of onboarding sessions.
- Curate and distribute an AI trends newsletter to keep the broader team informed of market developments.
- Build out AI GTM infrastructure with a focus on reusable templates and assets that leverage AI tools to scale enablement.
- Set up and maintain automation for enablement templates and materials.
- Support the build-out of a Claude Project linked to SharePoint as part of the broader Claude Cowork integration.
- Coordinate on a Cognizant-branded Claude presentation skill, including AI Builder branding requirements.
- Manage license requests and rollout coordination for AI tools such as Claude, Design Campaign+, Claude Cowork, and Typeface.ai.
- Lead offerings project management, aligning strategy, engineering, and marketing on demos, launch assets, and messaging validation.
- Manage SharePoint and Teams file structure and access across the team.
- Maintain recurring documentation, including the onboarding guide, team introductory deck, and org chart.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in sales enablement, GTM operations, or marketing within a technology consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, sales-ready content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) is a plus.
- Experience building sales content such as battle cards, case studies, playbooks, and pitch decks.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning ambiguous, evolving priorities with minimal oversight.
- A natural blend of creative and educator, equally comfortable designing original content and confidently presenting/teaching new offerings and AI concepts.
- Genuinely passionate about learning what’s new in AI and eager to bring that perspective back to the team to shape thinking and priorities.
Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $133,000 and $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
