AI Business Architect- Sales Operations

For our client, we are seeking a AI Business Architect- Sales Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape how AI is applied across Sales Operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and business impact. You will lead the strategy for an AI-first operating model, partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to redesign processes and translate opportunities into scalable solutions. The position combines business architecture, workflow design, and enterprise technology to drive meaningful transformation in the seller experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $156,000 – $234,000 annually Responsibilities Define and execute AI strategy and roadmap for Sales Operations Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities Redesign sales processes to eliminate inefficiencies Establish an AI-first operating model Define success metrics for seller productivity and business impact Architect AI solutions across enterprise platforms Map workflows and data dependencies to identify AI improvements Drive AI adoption and embed it into workflows Qualifications 8-12+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Architecture Strong grasp of CRM systems and sales processes Experience in business transformation and operating models Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and workflow automation Experience with AI integration into enterprise systems Ability to translate complex processes into technical solutions Strong systems-thinking skills and data flow management Experience evaluating enterprise AI platforms Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Company-sponsored retirement plan Eligibility for annual bonus plans or incentives Support for health and well-being benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
