The Role As an AI Builder, you'll be the speed and execution engine of the team. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and then help turn successful prototypes into scalable production systems. Role Responsibilities Turn business problems into working AI solutions quicklyBuild and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery toolLeverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI coding toolsBuild across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestrationDevelop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineeringTake prototypes through to production-ready solutionsPartner directly with stakeholders to discover and define problems, not simply take requirementsDemonstrate working solutions regularly and incorporate feedback quicklyNavigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while maintaining delivery momentum Job Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Claude CoworkExperience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub CopilotGenerative AI & Agentic AIRAG architecturesAI agents & workflow automationPrompt engineeringFull-stack developmentPythonReact / Next.jsAPIs and integrationsLangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAIExperience building in enterprise environmentsComfortable explaining AI solutions directly to business stakeholdersHealthcare experience including the below is a big plusFHIR / HL7Claims workflowsClinical operationsRevenue cycle managementHIPAAGxP Why This Role?
