Duties and Responsibilities
- Periodically monitor and implement company policies and procedures for the recruitment, training and management of staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure the optimal functioning of internal HR processes
- Post positions on various job boards for interns and volunteers, update existing posts as needed; manage secure documentation storage/filing system
- Actively monitor applications on various job boards, coordinate, and schedule interviews with senior management
- Schedule and attend virtual career fairs and job fairs via Handshake, engage in community outreach
- Oversee and manage our online HR orientation and on-boarding system, facilitate trainings to new hires, and maintain relevant up-to-date on-boarding materials as needed
- Partner with the management team to evaluate and provide solutions for business process improvement
Skills & Experience
- A professional and/or educational background in human resources management, organizational psychology, or operations
- Strong verbal communication skills
