Key Responsibilities
- Contributing new approaches, conducting R&D on AI tools, and helping to build department processes.
- Supporting scoping, shaping, and solutioning client engagements, evaluating technical feasibility, building demos, and contributing to proposals.
- Owning end-to-end technical delivery, including project setup, system design, agency design, hands-on building (Python-first stack), prompt engineering, data engineering, and deployment.
- Tracking projects, communicating with clients technically, conducting code reviews, ensuring quality assurance, and managing handover and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with AI development tools and platforms.
- Ability to frame complex problems and develop clear solutions.
- Enjoy ideating, building, and shipping products.
- Preference for autonomy and understanding the 'why' behind development.
- Comfort working with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Python and lightweight web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Gradio).
- Experience with cloud platforms and serverless runtimes (e.g., AWS Lambda).
