AI Architect, Workday Transformation
About the role
Founded by former Workday clients, we value partnership and engagement as a cornerstone of our business. With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.
Responsibilities
Define Technical Direction: Set the architectural vision for agentic AI, LLMs, and ecosystem solutions across the Workday practice.
Integrate Ecosystem Solutions: Lead the architecture strategy for combining Workday-native tools (Illuminate, Extend, Agent System of Record) and partner solutions (e.g., Paradox, Evisort, Sana) across complex client environments.
Build AI Governance: Define governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to help client HR and Finance leaders safely adopt and scale Workday AI.
Productize Service Offerings: Partner with practice leaders to translate emerging AI patterns into repeatable consulting assets, accelerators, and deployment services.
Lead AI Readiness Assessments: Evaluate client and internal Workday environments across configuration, data structure, and business process readiness.
Configure Workday-Native AI: Hands-on configuration of Workday-native AI and agentic capabilities within client engagements.
Translate Insights to Strategy: Convert assessment findings and hands-on configuration work into actionable, prioritized transformation roadmaps for clients.
Drive GTM Technical Architecture: Partner with sales and practice leaders to architect AI components for client proposals, executive strategy sessions, and live demonstrations.
Build Practice Accelerators: Design and build AI-driven assets and accelerators that differentiate our Workday deployment and optimization services.
Automate Consulting Workflows: Design and deploy AI-enabled delivery tooling to automate repetitive consulting tasks, data migration, integration development, testing, and tenant audits.
Embed AI in Practice Workflows: Work directly with functional and technical leads to embed AI directly into active delivery workflows.
Establish Architecture Standards: Define technical standards, reference architectures, reusable prompt/integration patterns, and responsible AI guardrails for the practice.
