About the role
The AI & Applications Analyst supports adoption, testing, training, and optimization of AI-enabled technologies and enterprise applications. Acts as a liaison between end users, senior analysts, developers, and stakeholders to improve clinical/operational quality, efficiency, user experience, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for ChartKeeper and other solutions (troubleshooting, escalation coordination)
- Perform UAT, regression testing, production validation, post-implementation verification for AI-enabled clinical apps and enterprise systems
- Create/maintain user training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, training videos, presentations
- Support implementation, optimization, and ongoing adoption of AI-enabled and enterprise applications
- Clock projects and enhancement initiatives (task tracking, stakeholder communication, documentation, change management, go-live support)
- Gather/analyze end-user feedback to identify workflow improvement, adoption, usability, and efficiency opportunities
- Develop/maintain testing documentation (test plans, scripts, results, issue logs, validation records)
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Education, Clinical Services, or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years experience in healthcare operations, application support, software support, training, project coordination, or technology adoption
- Interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, AI, or clinical workflow improvement
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication; ability to create documentation, training materials, presentations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, technical teams, vendors
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred (Bonus) Qualities
- Experience with software applications, enterprise systems, EMR/EHR, or business-critical technologies
- Experience with UAT, software validation, QA testing, or production verification
- Experience delivering end-user training, facilitating system adoption, or creating instructional content
- Exposure to AI, workflow automation, clinical documentation technologies, analytics platforms, or digital transformation
- Knowledge of healthcare, behavioral health, admissions, clinical documentation, or operational workflows
Schedule
- Remote: Mondays and Fridays
- On-site in Denver Office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Compensation
- Colorado pay range: $65,000 – $80,000 USD
