About the role
You will join a small but extremely talented team to define a new kind of video game experience. You'll work alongside top otaku minds in the industry, including the creator of Warudo and Cytoid, a Google Deepmind veteran behind Project Astra, and top-tier AI researchers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the AI team to integrate an AI companion into the game mechanics.
- Develop and refine the AI companion's behavior and interactions within the game world.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams to ensure the AI companion aligns with the visual and narrative goals of the game.
- Contribute to the research and development of advanced AI models for character interaction and storytelling.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in training text-to-motion or audio-to-motion models.
- Experience with facial motion generation, particularly in anime contexts.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Previous publications or industrial experience in AI research and development.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and techniques relevant to character animation and storytelling.
- A strong passion for anime and the ability to inspire creative solutions based on this interest.
Skills
- Expertise in machine learning and AI algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI research and development.
