AI and ML Software Engineer
About the role
Specialize in tools, techniques, systems, and procedures for developing, deploying, or analyzing wired or wireless transmission of signaling data using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Responsibilities

- Implement, maintain, and support Agile software development to modernize systems.
- Run performance testing and benchmarking of trained neural networks, and optimize algorithm performance.
- Create solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ML software libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Onnx.
- 3+ years of experience in software development using programming languages such as Python, C, or C++.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting Agile software development to modernize systems.
- Experience with Agile methodology, software engineering, product management, and software products.
- Experience running performance testing and benchmarking of trained neural networks, and optimizing algorithm performance.
- Able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Nice if you have: Experience with RF theory or digital signal processing algorithms; Experience with different neural network architectures; Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph; Master's degree in a STEM field.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
