Mandatory Skills/Capabilities

• Strong experience with architecting and implementing Oracle Databases
• Experience with managing geospatial intelligence data (vectors and rasters)
• Designing multi-modal databases that integrate multiple data types, including:
  • Relational
  • Spatial
  • JSON (including JSON Relational Duality)
  • Graph
• AI-enabling data in Oracle Databases using Vector data type, RAG, and MCP
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Creating and deploying RESTful APIs; Oracle API Gateway
• Oracle AI Database 26ai
• Oracle Exadata and/or OCI Autonomous AI Database Service on Exadata
• Migrating Oracle Databases from on-prem (or other clouds) into OCI- Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM), Data Pump, and GoldenGate
• Migrating JSON data from MongoDB into Oracle Databases
