The AI Activation Client Adoption Manager is a customer-facing role responsible for supporting sales, leading delivery, and shaping service offerings focused on AI adoption and organizational change management. This role operates across presales, delivery, and offering development, with a strong focus on driving services revenue, ensuring high-quality delivery, and building scalable, repeatable solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Customer Engagement Partner with Sales and Presales teams to support AI opportunities and drive services attachAct as a subject matter expert in customer discussions, workshops, and executive presentationsContribute to proposal development, including scoping, value articulation, and solution designPosition AI Adoption Change Services as a critical element of AI success Customer Delivery Program Leadership Lead delivery of:AI Adoption and Change servicesAI enablement sessions (e.g., Copilot Promptathons)Envisioning and Design Thinking engagementsManage end-to-end AI adoption programs, including:readiness assessmentadoption strategy designtraining and enablementadoption tracking and optimizationEnsure programs deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to customer goals Partner Vendor Management Manage delivery through a mix of Lenovo teams and external partnersEnsure high standards of delivery quality, consistency, and customer experienceEstablish and maintain strong relationships with delivery partnersSupport scaling of services delivery capacity through partner ecosystem Offering Development Standardization Contribute to the evolution of Lenovo’s AI Adoption Change Services portfolioDevelop and refine:standardized service packagesreusable delivery frameworks and assetsscalable service modelsSupport transition from bespoke engagements to repeatable, productized services Internal AI Adoption Enablement Support internal AI adoption initiatives across Lenovo teamsContribute to activation of programs such as AI Library and AI Ambassador initiativesActivate Presales teams with tools, messaging, and assets to position AI services Governance Continuous Improvement Track and report on key adoption and delivery metricsCapture customer feedback and incorporate into service improvementsEnsure alignment between delivery execution and expected business outcomes Position Requirements Basic Qualifications 8–12+ years of relevant experience in:consulting, change management, or digital transformationAI adoption, SaaS enablement, or enterprise transformation programs Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including:presales supportworkshop facilitationdelivery of transformation or adoption programs Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI technologies (e.g., M365 Copilot, GenAI solutions)Experience working in global or matrix organizationsExperience managing external partners or delivery vendorsStrong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholdersAbility to operate across multiple domains: sales, delivery, and service developmentExperience with organizational change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR)Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in complex environmentsStructured, outcome-driven mindset with focus on measurable impact We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
