Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
• Perform office-based procedures appropriate for Family Medicine
• Collaborate closely with APPs, nursing staff, care coordinators, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement programs and value-based care initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Kansas medical license
• Current DEA registration or eligible to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
