Scheduled Hours: 40 (36 clinical/4 administrative hours), 4-day or 3-day flex schedules available

The opportunity is part of a partnership between NEMG/YNHHS and Mohegan Sun to provide onsite medical services to Casino employee and their dependents as well as Tribal members. The clinic provides care to the general public in the area and offers services such as walk-in care, primary care (Family Med/IM), physiatry, endocrinology, laboratory and basic imaging. The practice shares space with MSK/Physiatrist and has a collegial atmosphere with a 1:1 provider to support staff model.

• 36 Patient Hours/Week, 4 admin time, four 10hr or three 12hr shifts available
• 15-20ppd with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with regional group

• 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w/stipend
• Competitive Base Salary ($290K+ two-year guarantee), generous sign-on bonus, wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, up to $80K in student loan repayment

Qualifications

• Degree of MD or DO with ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency (three years minimum) or ABFM-recognized family medicine residency (three years minimum)
• BC/BE
• Active, unrestricted CT medical license or in the process of obtaining
