About the role
In this full-time role, you'll support our agronomy team by taking orders, answering billing questions, greeting customers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Agronomy or agriculture experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer, billing, and inventory records
- Be the go-to resource for customers and team members at the location
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer billing questions and process customer payments
- Take customer orders and assist with daily office operations
- Support agronomy sales and operations staff
- Assist with seasonal projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work overtime and occasional Saturday mornings during the busy season (April–July)
- Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Administrative or basic accounting experience
- Experience with AgVantage or willingness to learn
- Agronomy, agriculture, or cooperative industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Pay
The starting pay range for those that are new to the business is $22.00 to $23.50 per hour based on job-related skills, background experience, and industry knowledge.
