AGRO ADMINISTRATION CLERK

About the Role

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members to meet our standards in brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness.

What You'll Do

• Customer Service: Live the "You're at home here!" brand to help Twin Valley become the retailer of choice. Greet, assist, and direct customers to appropriate team members. Assist with planning and execution of customer events.
• Payables: Key receiving's (from suppliers, internal location transfers and CRS transfers) in Tronia, Square9 and Mainframe, JDE.
• Inventory: Assist with ordering product as directed. Assist CPP and Fertilizer teams to prepare for accounting audits and assist with reconciling after audits/period ends. Perform spot checks on seed/CPP and fertilizer products.
• Receivables: Key load out tickets and invoices in Tronia. Assist other team members with entering customer work orders and CPM information.
• Operations: Assist with preparing for audits (AWSA, NH3 code of conduct, TC), assist AM with financial reports and reconciliations.
• Other: Other operational duties assigned to assist team during busy season.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however additional hours required in peak seasons.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, positive, service-oriented individual.
• Possess administration and computer skills for success in this role.
• This position is both indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
• Driver's License required.
