Agriculture Team Leader

About the role

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County is seeking a dynamic Agriculture Team Leader to work on-site from the Jamestown office. The Team Leader assists with the daily functioning of the Association and provides leadership in the assessment, development, planning, delivery, and evaluation of agriculture educational programming. In the Executive Director’s absence, the Team Leader helps plan for the overall administration of the Association and provides continuity of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily functioning of the Association
• Provide leadership in assessment, development, planning, delivery, and evaluation of agriculture educational programming
• Assist the Executive Director in planning for overall administration of the Association
• Provide continuity of leadership during the Executive Director’s absence

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience
• Agricultural experience required

Pay

Salary range: $63,000 – $65,000 based on knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site position based at the Jamestown office.
