- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, offering assistance or direction to anyone who could benefit from our products or services.
- Assist customers with questions and listen carefully to their needs.
- Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Describe all equipment options available for customer purchases.
- Interact with customers at their place of business.
- Build strong rapport and lifelong relationships with customers.
- Effectively overcome objections, close sales, and follow all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Actively use and update the Client Relationship Management System (CRM).
