Agricultural Project Implementation Specialist

About the role

Develop and implement the company's sustainable agricultural projects in alignment with international standards such as Rainforest Alliance, UEBT, and Organic. Manage certification processes, coordinate with internal teams and farmer networks, and ensure compliance with certification bodies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sustainable agricultural projects according to international standards (Rainforest Alliance, UEBT, Organic, etc.).
• Monitor, maintain, and renew the company’s existing agricultural certifications through evaluation procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, farmer networks, and international independent certification bodies to ensure project compliance.
• Track project progress, measure effectiveness at cultivation sites, and provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (all four skills) for communication with international experts and documentation processing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and evaluating sustainable agricultural standards (e.g., Rainforest Alliance, UEBT, Organic).
• Strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, ability to build rapport with local farmers, and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
