Agricultural Loan Officer
About the role
Our client, a community bank, is seeking a VP Agricultural Loan Officer to work in a branch south of I-80 and Southeast of Lincoln, Nebraska. This person will step into an existing portfolio of approximately $15 million, with the largest relationship around $3 million, providing a strong foundation to build upon immediately.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio, call customers, and utilize solid credit analysis skills. They will work alongside an experienced and collaborative team that includes the Market President, two additional loan officers, and a dedicated credit analyst.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing a portfolio
- Experience calling customers
- Solid credit analysis skills
- Experience with Moody's – Web Equity is a plus
