Role Overview: A Technical Sales Consultant responsible for promoting sustainable biological crop protection and pollination solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with growers, PCAs, and distributors to understand crop challenges and develop integrated programs using biological controls, bumblebees, and biostimulants.Provide on-farm technical support, diagnose issues, and conduct demonstrations and trials.Deliver training on best practices to optimize crop health and yield.Collaborate with international experts and share market insights within a science-driven, sustainability-focused environment.
