Agreement Associate
What You Will Do
As a Agreement Associate, you will support contract management activities by partnering with the Client Contract Team, taking ownership of assigned deliverables, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Client Lead and Contract Analysts in the preparation, execution, and management of contractual agreements with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all resolved mailbox inquiries are accurately documented in the ADI log, maintaining 100% compliance with tracking requirements.
- Monitor and manage team mailboxes to ensure continuous functionality and capacity for receiving and processing communications.
- Participate in client-assigned projects and contribute to their successful execution and completion.
- Support contract administration activities while ensuring adherence to established processes, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, with the ability to analyze data and prepare professional presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- One year experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, particularly within a clinical research environment and/or contract administration setting.
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 5% of the time.
