Role Overview

The Deli General Manager oversees high‑volume retail facilities, generating and executing travel‑center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales, profit objectives, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring customer expectations are met, conducting meetings with subordinate employees, maintaining effective vendor relationships, and building, coaching, managing, and developing teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• Management proficiency in high‑volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer‑focused culture.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Starting salary range: $43,888 – $59,050 per year.
