Agile Technical Project Manager – Custom, Customer-Facing Web Applications

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master who can lead Agile delivery for two teams while owning technical projects end-to-end. The role supports both a custom, customer-facing web application development team and IT Operations, working closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. The position is remote from the Portland, Oregon Metro Area with some on-site work as needed. Direct Hire (Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role). Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for two teams and own technical projects end-to-end
• Support custom, customer-facing web application development team and IT Operations
• Work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, scope, work items, decisions, status reporting, and commitments
• Own Agile/Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams
• Apply experience with custom web applications, subscription services, UI/UX, and digital assets where relevant

Requirements

• 2+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
• 4+ years of overall relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting custom, customer-facing web application development with understanding of API/Integration projects
• Tech-savvy and comfortable partnering closely with developers and designers
• Strong Jira experience
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• Experience owning Agile/Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, etc. are a plus but not required
