Responsibilities
- Provide expert project management and consulting for IT initiatives
- Support technical systems analysis and design for ongoing projects
- Aid in budgeting and documentation for project justifications
- Create and present briefing materials and reports to stakeholders
- Cook up project management support for application teams
- Manage project schedules, issues, and risks effectively
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience with a focus on IT programs
- Experience with systems analysis and design
- Proficient in risk and issue management using industry-standard methodologies
- Strong background in creating functional specifications and project documentation
- Experience in preparing reports and technical briefings
- Experience working with government staff and cross-functional teams
- Possess or be eligible for a Public Trust clearance
