Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and support agile teams in project execution.
- Plan and execute Epics and features to deliver business value for Data Modernization projects.
- Track daily assignments, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders and business divisions.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Cook up release planning with technical leads and team members.
- Utilize Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for workflow management and reporting.
- Create and enhance JIRA dashboards, monitor sprint/workflow progress, and provide timely status updates.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects without compromising quality.
- Work with stakeholders for backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirements gathering (epics/stories/tasks).
- Break down work, estimate tasks, plan sprints, and monitor progress.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct risk and business impact analysis and reporting.
- Obtain buy-in and support from stakeholders for Agile practices.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for project and portfolio management.
- Leverage leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to guide teams.
- Advocate for and implement just-in-time, just-enough planning to ensure project momentum.
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and track dependencies across teams.
- Support Agile teams with technical knowledge of the application development lifecycle.
- Maintain certifications such as Certified Agile Scrum Master, Kanban Flow Master, SPC, SAFe Agilist, and Project Manager.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience is required.
