Agile Project Manager - Remote

About the role

Senior Agile Project Manager requiring US citizenship, with 12‑15 years of experience, strong public‑sector/state government project management background, extensive Scrum and SDLC expertise, and at least 6 years of hands‑on Jira experience including Jira Advanced Roadmaps, backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and cross‑team planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management for state‑funded/public sector initiatives
• Manage project budgets within public‑sector funding constraints
• Apply Scrum methodology and oversee the full project management life cycle
• Lead software application development teams
• Utilize hands‑on Jira experience for backlog management, sprint planning, workflow configuration, issue tracking and reporting, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, cross‑team dependency management, resource and capacity planning, portfolio‑level reporting, program/project roadmap development, and executive dashboards and status reporting
• Manage risks, issues, and SDLC processes
