About the Role

Notchwood Landscape specialises in bespoke landscape design, installation, and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients. We are dedicated to creating customised outdoor spaces that enhance property aesthetics and usability, driven by a commitment to exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Remote Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager to make a significant impact within a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within the allocated budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and provide regular financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects remotely.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
