Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery activities across cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage Kanban workflows and optimize throughput in continuous delivery environments.
- Cookordination delivery dependencies across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, schedules, and risk registers aligned to mission priorities.
- Track and communicate progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and delivery objectives.
- Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery predictability.
- Utilize Agile project management tools including Azure Boards, MS Planner, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting artifacts for transparency into delivery status, team velocity, and program health.
- Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Facilitate collaborative decision-making and resolve delivery impediments to maintain team effectiveness.
- Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and organizational adaptability.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, roles, and responsibilities.
General Description Of Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, subject to contract award. Additional benefits may be available based on contract terms.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years applying Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe in enterprise environments.
- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Azure Boards, MS Planner, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, cumulative flow, and reporting best practices.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
Desired Skills
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience supporting data modernization, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud-based programs.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and enterprise Agile delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated servant leadership experience enabling high-performing technical teams.
- Experience supporting federal government programs or regulated environments.
