Agile PLM Technical Lead / Architect

About the role

Technical Lead / Architect role with responsibility for leading a small team of approximately 5 members and serving as the technical face of the team. Requires strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Technical Lead / Architect and provide technical direction and guidance
• Lead and manage a small team of approximately 5 members
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Provide application support in production environments
• Perform incident, problem, service request, and change management
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues; analyze and resolve issues
• Maintain application reliability and operational stability

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM
• Strong knowledge of Agile PLM modules: Product Collaboration (PC), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Product Quality Management (PQM)
• Experience with Agile PLM enhancements and Agile SDK
• Strong understanding of PLM business processes and integrations
• Strong knowledge of Java, web application development, and web services
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance and related processes (CAPA, Deviations, User Access Reviews, PR processes)
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and quality management principles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements: 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, FDA regulations, MHRA Annex 11
• Subject Matter Expert-level knowledge of GxP (GDP, GLP, GMP) and Data Integrity requirements
