It addresses challenges related to managing and enhancing government fleet and asset systems by delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native applications that align with enterprise architecture standards. About the Opportunity:The AGILE DEVELOPMENT LEAD role focuses on ensuring technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle for cloud-native applications. This position leads Agile teams responsible for the continuous delivery and iterative improvement of government fleet management capabilities, emphasizing secure development, DevSecOps practices, and operational support. Responsibilities:Lead an assigned Agile Product or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team through all development phases.Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners on sprint planning and backlog refinement.Implement peer review, automated testing, secure development, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Maintain code, configurations, test results, deployment artifacts, and documentation.Focus on new capabilities and integrations for Agile Product assignments.Address production defects, enhancements, incident resolution, and technical debt for O&M assignments.Coordinate architecture and shared components with lead architects and other teams.Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Over 10 years of software development experience in Agile environments.Ability to undergo Tier 2S security investigation and pass background and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading software delivery for fleet or similar asset management systems.Certifications in DevSecOps (e.g., AWS Developer or DevOps Engineer) or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM).
